SHIPPING

In the UK, we offer shipping free shipping over £300 pounds. For orders under £300 we charge £3.95 for untracked deliveries and £6.00 for tracked deliveries.

For next day, it's next day delivery for orders ordered before 12pm. After that orders will be received the following day.

Please take into consideration that our jewellery is hand crafted and when low in stock may take up to 3 weeks to be shipped.

All orders shipped outside UK and Europe will be charged a fee of £25.00.

For orders in Europe we charge £16.00 for standard delivery and £25.00 for next day (please take into consideration it could take 1-3 days due to Brexit changes)

Any import duties and taxes that are charged when the package reaches the destination country, are the responsibility of the recipient. For further questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

House Of Roxy is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally.

RETURNS

At House Of Roxy we offer a 14 day return policy from the day of arrival of the parcel. The item must be returned to us unworn/unopened, in perfect condition and in it's original packaging in order for us to process the return.

Please be aware that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

There is no on refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.

REFUNDS

We offer refunds if the product is returned within our 14 day return policy. We also offer refunds on faulty products but not on products that are damaged by the customer.
